Currently executive chairman of Balfour Capital, a London based independent investment management company, Henry is the former Chief Executive of Robert Fleming’s investment banking division, the Jardine Fleming Group. He graduated from Eton College and the University of Edinburgh and began his career with Ernst & Young. In 2001 he was one of the founding partners of a specialist corporate finance advisory business called The Zeno Partnership LLP, focusing on the recovery of distressed and impaired financial assets. Since then, he has held several executive posts at hedge funds, investment banks and private equity funds including Non-Executive Director at Smith & Williamson Holdings Limited and Consultant to a US-based private equity sponsor at Zephyr Management LP. |
