Nick graduated from The American University of Paris in International Economics. He also has an MBA in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University. Nick started his career as a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch in San Francisco and subsequently at Barclays Global Investors in portfolio accounting.
Prior to founding Onda Capital in 2004, Niccolò was the Head Trader for Theorema Asset Management, a $600 million European Equity Hedge Fund. His main responsibilities were proprietary trading, execution, and risk management. Previously, Nick was the Head Trader at Newman Ragazzi, a $900 million European Equity Hedge Fund. For five years he was responsible for all trading activities and worked closely with the fund manager on all aspects of the idea generating process and risk management. Nick gained his first hedge fund experience in 1997 as an Analyst with Park Place Capital, one of the first long/short equity funds in Europe.
