John Cavanagh
Non Executive Director

John has had a 40-year insurance career in London, the USA and Bermuda. He retired as Global CEO of Willis Re at the end of 2017, where he was responsible for Willis Re’s worldwide operations. Prior to joining Willis in 2009, John was at international specialty reinsurance broker RK Carvill for 21 years, where he was joint CEO. Earlier in his career he was Deputy Managing Director of Minet Re and a Director of the North American reinsurance division at Willis, Faber and Dumas.

Joseph E (Jeff) Consolino
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, American Financial Group, Inc (NYSE: AFG)

Joseph E (Jeff) Consolino became a director of American Financial Group in December 2012 and executive vice president and chief financial officer in February 2013. From March 2006 to February 2013, Jeff was president and chief financial officer of Validus Holdings, Ltd, a reinsurer based in Bermuda. Until joining Validus, Jeff served as a managing director in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch, specializing in insurance company advisory and financing transactions. Jeff also serves on the board of directors of Validus, as chairman of the board of National Interstate Corporation and as a director of AmWINS Group, Inc, a wholesale insurance broker based in North Carolina.

W H 'Skip' Cooper, CPCU
Vice Chairman and President, AmWINS Group, Inc.

W H 'Skip' Cooper, CPCU, is currently vice chairman of AmWINS and as has served as president of AmWINS since May 2007. With 35 years in the industry, Skip has extensive knowledge of large property account structures and placement management, as well as product research and development. His expertise in customer, client and market relationships has helped drive AmWINS to its position as a leading specialty brokerage and underwriting organisation. Prior to joining AmWINS, Skip had served as executive vice president of CRC Insurance Services, a company he joined in 1985 as its 12th employee. During his time at CRC, Skip formed the Property Department, along with AmRisc Underwriting, and held many leadership positions within the firm. Prior to 1985, he worked in various industry positions including underwriting at Fireman’s Fund and internships at Lloyd's of London. Skip graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS in Finance.

Shradha Hindocha
COO, Beat

Shradha Hindocha joined Beat as the company’s first employee and COO at inception. Prior to Beat, Shradha was Syndicate Manager at Ariel Re Ltd and a Vice President in the Securities Division of Goldman Sachs, Inc.

Tom Milligan
Non Executive Chairman

Tom Milligan has 25 years' experience in the global insurance market. He serves as a non-executive director of both Lancashire Holdings Ltd and Map Managing Agency Ltd. In 2005, Tom founded and led Goldman Sachs’ non-life insurance principal interests (including Arrow Capital Re and Ariel Re Holdings Ltd), retiring at the sale of the business in 2014. Prior to this, he worked in various insurance roles in London and Bermuda, starting his career in 1991 with Guy Carpenter & Co Inc.

Martin Reith
CEO, Neon Underwriting Ltd

Martin Reith serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Neon Holdings Ltd, the parent company of Neon Managing Agency and Syndicate 2468 at Lloyd's. Martin is a Senior Insurance Professional with more than 30 years' of experience in the industry across underwriting, management and leadership roles. Martin started his career in insurance in 1984 and has wide experience of underwriting and management. He founded Ascot Underwriting Ltd in 2001 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until October 2008. Martin served as an Independent Director of AmWINS Group, Inc from April 2014 to July 2016. He served as a Director of Ascot Underwriting Limited.

Deepon Sen Gupta

Deepon has served as Corporate Strategy Director of Neon since 2016. Prior to joining Neon, Deepon was a investment banker in FIG M&A, specialising in non-life insurance, at Macquarie Capital, Fox-Pitt Kelton and Dresdner Kleinwort.
